‘Double-bifurcated’ stent: when 3D is not an option

Since 2019, 15 stents had to be removed for severe adverse events. Then he was enrolled in the TATUM trial to get a 3D custom-made silicone implant stent. This stent has now been in place for 7 months and the patient reported some dramatic improvements in dypnoea and quality of life.
