This article is an overview of the experience of 401 cases. It also shows how this technique is the best response to patients' demands (80% of patients were satisfied or very satisfied). The technique is simple and reliable in addition to offering high-quality results. In the short term, this procedure may result render other orthopaedic techniques obsolete, such as the Nuss or Ravitch techniques, which are much more invasive.
